If you're looking for a lightweight bedspread that actually is the proper size for your bed this is the one!I wanted to replace the bedspread/lightweight quilt we had on the bed and use most of the year (even during the winter because we both sleep hot) because it was getting worn and it wasn't long enough on the sides. Finding a decent deal on a king bedspread and being sure you're getting one that's lightweight when ordering online can be tricky. There were 2 reviews when I placed my order one positive and the negative one complained about how lightweight it was, so I decided to try it. So glad I did! It's very lightweight (have I said that enough yet?), it's very long on both sides of the bed (if your bed sits low to the ground you may want to check the measurements before ordering), and stylish. I got it when it was on sale for around $30, definitely an excellent buy at that price!I like this bedspread. It looks nice, fit s the bed well, feels nice (close to cottony) and seems to be wearing well. I have black cats that sleep on the bed so I do need to keep up with the lint roller as the black fur shows on the white background.I just didn't care for this. I like the pattern, but I couldn't get over how much it looked and felt like something you'd see in a Best Western. I suppose the polyester content in the description should have given me a clue, but I guess I was surprised to learn they are even still making these things.This item was so cheaply made that I can not find words. The quilt is see through, the edging is lightweight. The item had stain on it and the stitching in the middle was not in the middle but all over, the threads were coming off, and there was a marker lines and writing on the fabric. I am so disappointed with the item and would not recommend it to someone who wants some kind of quality and doesnt want to have to deal with returns. Hope this helps good luck.The colors were not as it looks in the picture. The red color is really burnt orange. I needed it to be red. Too much bother to return.It's pretty. It washes well, and it works for our room.Good for a lightweight but the color online is knothing as the picture.. verymuch more turquoise than teal and verr muted.This is a very well made quilt. Nice and thin, just what I wanted. I bought the matching shams and my room looks awesome!
