I searched for and wide for a silicone mold to use for egg white breakfast sandwiches. This is the perfect size for eggs for a bagel thin.I spray my cooking oil in the mold, heat up the oven to 350, place it on a XL baking sheet and then add my egg whites to 80% full and cook for 35 mins. They come out perfect and I remove them pop out style with a spatula from the mold and let them sit on cookie rack for half an hour before I meal prep them into a sandwich.If using for eggs, I recommend an XL baking sheet because if the pan pops while in the oven which mine does every time on one of the corners, you will lose a portion of the eggs onto the baking pan instead of onto the floor of your oven.They are easy to clean and I shake mine to dry. There is no stickiness and do not let it touch the over rack directly. Must put it on a baking sheet.These are easy to use and super functional for cooking.If you are working with resin and using this mold for coasters, the inside of the mold is shiny, meaning your finished piece will come out shiny. They seem like pretty good molds for that as well.10/10 recommend! I wish I had more !!!
