Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

It can be taken out just by pulling the resin mold. You can also use a mold release spray. If you don't have, you may use a drop of soap mix with a bit of water as a release agent.
